By This morning, Coast Guard Commandant Admiral Thad Allen is testifying before the Oceans, Atmosphere, Fisheries Subcommittee to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science & Transportation regarding Coast Guard Authorization. Coast Guard Authorization provides the legislative authority necessary to support and execute our missions.
