Coast Guard announces 2009 photo contest winners …

Following on the heels of the first-ever People’s Choice photo contest, the official 2009 Coast Guard photo contest winners have been announced. The judges met last month to review the nearly 800 photos submitted from across the Coast Guard family.

And, the winners are …

 First Place: MK1 Jamie Parsons

Second Place: IS3 Logan Wright

Third Place: AST1 Chuck Ferrante

The official results of this year’s photo contest – including additional awards for the People’s Choice and Public Affairs categories, were announced in ALCOAST 181/10.
