Moodhacker helps track, understand, and improve stress, mood, and wellbeing. Depression can be linked to almost every chronic condition that includes diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, arthritis, pain, COPD, addictive eating patterns, insomnia, and more. It’s debilitating, yet relief is possible. This app is ideal for any member that wishes to increase positive emotions and activities in their life. Users will be guided through simple and practical activities and given tools, personal plans, and mood boosting techniques that have been tested and proven to show improvement when used only a few minutes per day. The app increases your awareness of what works for you and what doesn’t so you can feel better faster.

Love Every Day is a couple’s app that will help you build relationship resilience by increasing confidence, quality, and satisfaction in your every day interactions. Marital discord and unhappy relationships are significant risk factors for a range of emotional, behavioral and physical health problems—including increased stress, anxiety, functional impairment, depression, and substance abuse disorders. Work stress associated with marital problems causes CG members to be unprepared for duty due to absenteeism, reduced productivity, and team work issues with fellow CG members. Using this app, you and your partner will receive personalized text messages to prompt brief interactions that create big emotional payoffs. The habits formed by using the app are both easy and enjoyable and help develop a renewed sense of commitment.

So if you find yourself in a place where you think you need a little boost and would like to increase your self-awareness or you want to breathe new life into your relationship, visit CG SUPRT and download these apps. The service is free and confidential and if you have any questions, please call 855-CG-SUPRT (247-8778) for assistance.

  1. My wife and I have been using the love every day app but yesterday it stopped working. No new question for either myself or my wife. I called cg support as seen by instructions from an earlier comment but they didn’t know who to call to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated!
