The newest episode of the Coast Guard Paratus Report is now live! The Paratus Report is a workforce news program focused at keeping Coast Guard members informed of what’s happening throughout their Coast Guard. The episode will air monthly on the official Coast Guard YouTube channel, and a brief recap with additional information will be provided right here on Coast Guard All Hands.

Human Capital Strategy changes

Rear Adm. Scott McKinley provides important information on changes to the Officer Evaluation System’s forms and procedures being reviewed by the Human Capital Strategy team.

McKinley also covers information on mandatory Blended Retirement System Leader Training available to members without the use of CAC cards from the Joint Knowledge Online through the Office of Personnel Management.

All hands are invited and encouraged to participate in the enlisted assignment priority survey as discussed by Master Chief Jason Wong, Personnel Service Center.
