ALAMEDA, Calif. – Petty Officer 2nd Class Timothy Harrison, a food service specialist, embraces his son after arriving in Alameda, Calif., Feb. 28, 2010. Harrison, a crewmember aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Waesche, was part of the cutter’s initial voyage to its new homeport at Coast Guard Island. The Waesche is the Coast Guard’s second Legend Class cutter and is scheduled to be commissioned in May. Adm. Russell R.
