HARWOOD, N.D. – Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Tim Kelley and Petty Officer 3rd Class John Abkes, of Coast Guard Station Marblehead, Ohio, talk to residents in a subdivision in Harwood while conducting welfare checks in the flooded neighborhood, March 21, 2010. The Coast Guard, Cass County Sheriff’s Dept. and U.S. Fish and wildlife service crewmembers used airboats to access flooded communities.
