This time of year, the subject of dieting is very popular with the promise of quick weight loss, but it’s important to carefully choose your weight-loss strategy.

We do preventive maintenance on our ships to ensure they are ready when called to action, but sometimes we fail to provide maintenance on our most valuable asset – our people.
