The 2009 Active Duty and Reserve Enlisted Persons of the Year, MST1 Carrie l. Grady and ME1 Christopher M. Pupo, were honored today at an award ceremony at Ft. Lesley McNair.
Both were meritoriously advanced to Chief Petty Officer as recognition for their contributions to the Coast Guard and it’s personnel.
